You don’t have to choose between fixing your plumbing and keeping your yard. Trenchless drilling lets you have both.
Instead of ripping up driveways, sidewalks, and landscaping, we use directional drilling to install or repair underground lines with minimal surface disruption. Your sprinkler system stays put. Your prize roses survive. Your driveway doesn’t become a pile of broken concrete.
The process is faster, cleaner, and often more cost-effective than traditional excavation. You get the underground work you need without the mess you don’t want.
Fix-it Plumbing has been handling complex underground projects in Santa Clara County since 2007. We specialize in the jobs that require real expertise and proper equipment.
We’re not trying to be the biggest plumbing company in the area. We’re trying to be the one you call when you’ve gotten a ridiculously high estimate and want someone to shoot straight with you about what the work actually costs.
Our three-person crew focuses on ADU plumbing, underground construction, and trenchless solutions. We’ve been doing this for 17 years because we know what we’re doing.
First, we locate all existing utilities and map out the drilling path. This prevents surprises and keeps everyone safe.
Next, we set up our directional drilling equipment at the entry point. The drill head follows a predetermined path underground, guided by our tracking system. We can navigate around obstacles, under driveways, and through tight spaces without surface excavation.
Once the pilot hole is complete, we attach a reamer to widen the hole to the required size. Then we pull the new pipe or cable through the enlarged hole. The whole process typically takes a fraction of the time traditional excavation would require, and you’re left with two small entry and exit holes instead of a torn-up yard.
Our trenchless drilling service covers utility line installation, sewer line repairs, and underground plumbing for ADUs. We handle the permits, utility locating, and site restoration.
You get precise drilling that can navigate around existing utilities, tree roots, and underground obstacles. Our equipment can handle various soil conditions common in Monta Vista, from clay to rocky terrain.
We’re particularly experienced with ADU projects, where space is tight and precision matters. Whether you’re connecting a new accessory dwelling unit or replacing a failing sewer line, we have the specialized equipment and know-how to get it done right without destroying your property in the process.
